Excelsior is one of the most prestigious newspapers in Mexico which also has an Internet site named EXonline.
Excelsior launched a new image to its web site recently and they wanted to offer to all its online subscribers a daily personalized email newsletter with the most relevant news.
Using the modules Tralix Interactive and Tralix Business Process, this newsletter is a reality and has 8,000 permission based subscribers in less than a month. The subscribers had access to an advanced preference center where they can tailor the information they want to get. With this, the subscribers can select only the news sections that interested them in order to receive a dynamic and personalized newsletter by email every day.
A very important characteristic of this project is that by using Tralix Business Process and Web Services this newsletter is generated automatically and it is not necessary the participation of any editor or operator to launch it.
