Grupo Financiero BBVA Bancomer is the biggest private financial institution in Mexico in terms of deposits and number of bank clients. With more than 75 years of experience, it currently has 14.4 millions of clients approximately.
Case Description
The website, Bancomer.com, is supported by email campaigns in order to notify its clients of events, exclusive specials, ads and more. For practical reasons and with the finality to show attractive specials to more than 300,000 Bancomer cardholders, it was decided to make a electronic monthly newsletter. The challenge was to make it really attractive for the clients, maximizing the interactivity and capacity that Tralix designs offer.
Solution planning
After a series of graphic proposals, it was suggested to launch a magazine based on flash which offers from different commercial partners. Using Tralix Interactive, a massive but personalized email was sent with the front page of the magazine, launching with a click an interactive landing page with information. Delivers, openings and clicks were tracked in real-time, getting as a result that people visit the landing page in an average of 1.2 times.
“The Electronic Magazine of Credit Cards from Bancomer”, had a great success inside the cardholders community, having more than 635,000 visitors in 7 months.
